Chauf-FUR - Daycare

Our door-to-door service lets your pup ride with us to and from daycare with their friends! Book one way or both ways! Book every day or once in a while when you’re in a pinch. We are happy to help! One trip is either a pick-up from home or return home from daycare ride.

One Way Ticket. $15

20 Trip Pack $280 ($14 per trip)

Anything over 5 miles will be $1 per mile

We’ll cruise your pup to the groomer for you with our Chauf-FUR service and bring them back all fresh and new!

Back-to-back zoom calls all day and can’t sneak out to bring your canine companion to the vet for a shot? Our Chauf-FUR service allows for round-trip, one-on-one appointments with dogs in 1-hour time slots.

Over 1 hr will be billed every 1/4 hr

About Our Vehicle

Were you ever curious about what the inside of our car looks like? How about what we have for a vehicle or how we keep your dog safe? We are currently driving a 2020 GMC Terrain loaded with all of the modern safety features to keep your pup safe while on the road! When inside the vehicle, we have all dogs wear a harness for their safety. We also have seat tethers that are secured to the seat and attach to the dogs harnesses There is also a safety net between the back seat and the back area to keep the pup from jumping and prevents any unwanted play while in motion. The car has rear heat and air condition vents to keep the climate in the back of the vehicle just right for the dogs. We also have a large sunroof to allow plenty of light in to the back seat. We are devoted to provide a safe, friendly and clean ride for your pup.

Some Common questions

Yes, we do! We do a free 15-minute meet & greet time block. We do require you to make an account. then you can schedule your meet and greet online or call us. 

Our meet and greet will take place at your home. This allows your pup to meet us in their familiar environment and allows us to see their living space, locate supplies, and address any specific questions we may have.

Currently, our vehicle accommodates 3-4 dogs at a time.

Our drivers are vetted for being dog friendly and safe. All drivers must be Dog and Cat First Aid and CPR certified. Furthermore, our vehicles are arranged to have separate compartments for each dog to have their own space and are secure with specialized seat belts to be attached to your dog’s harness.

We currently service pick-ups in Manchester, Auburn, Hooksett, and Bedford, NH, and we hope to expand our services soon.

One of the benefits of hiring Wag & Wheels is that we work as a team. This means we have backups available in the event your primary sitter has an emergency. One of our managers will visit with you at the meet and greet and get a feel for your pet’s personality.

We will then assign the perfect pet sitter for your pets.

If it is critical for you to meet your pet sitter, we offer 30 minute introductions for $30. While we assign a primary pet sitter to care for your pets, we may call upon other team members to provide continuity of care. We do our best to keep the same pet sitter assigned to your pets, but rotation of sitters might be necessary due to the length of your vacation, walks and/or sitter availability.

We drop off at any daycare or groomer in the Manchester and Bedford areas, along with limited service to Hooksett and Ahmesrst facilities. We are looking forward to expanding our services soon.

You will pre-book a one-hour time slot. The night before, we will text to update you with a more precise estimate of arrival based on proximity to destinations.

Yes! Feel free to book one of our midday Chauf-FUR slots for pick up, and we will arrange a drop-off time with you. If those times do not work for you, please contact us. 

We do not accept hard copies of keys. Instead, we recommend a lockbox and provide us with the access code.

We offers a couple of communication methods to make things convenient for you:

1. Call/Text or Email: You’re always welcome to get in touch with us through phone calls, text messages, or emails. 

2. Software Communication:We also utilize a specialized software that provides you with various communication features. Within this software, you can leave visit notes for one or more visits, as well as send us messages. You also have the flexibility to modify, change, or edit your scheduled visits if needed.

3. Post-Visit Journal: After a visit is completed, you’ll receive a journal that includes photos and notes from the sitter or walker. Once you get this journal, feel free to respond if you have any additional questions, want to express your gratitude, or add your own notes.

It’s important to note that for operational reasons, we don’t share the contact numbers of our sitters/walkers with clients, and clients do not receive our walkers numbers. All communications are routed through our office. This practice ensures proper documentation, facilitates changes to schedules if necessary, and more.

Cancellations can be made through the Precise Pet App or by calling or texting us, but must adhere to the following timeframes:

1. Weekday Dog Walking and Adventure walk Services:
– Cancellations must be received 48 hours before the scheduled service.

2. Transport
– to and from boarding, daycare and grooming: Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the scheduled service.
– All other types of transportation: Cancellations must be received 72 hours before the scheduled service.

3. Weekend Pet Care Service: Cancellations must be received 72 hours before the scheduled service.

4. Vacation & Holiday Service: Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service.

5. Overnight Pet Sitting Service:
– Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service to receive 25% credit back
– Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service to not be charged the full amount of pet sitting request.

If a cancellation request is made after the specified deadline, the client will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Please note that these service charges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for a different day, as our staff has been assigned to the scheduled visit already.

Cancellation requests can be submitted through the Precise Pet App, or you can reach us by phone or text. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations via social media messages, as they are not monitored as frequently.
